With our instant food kits,cooking this traditional surthi kadhi has just become quickrer.It is a mixture og gram dal flour,jaggery,sugar,refined sunflower oil,whole spcies,ghee,curry leaves,bay leaves,salt and dried vegetables that treats your tongue with sweet and tangy surthi kadhi.
How to make
- Open pack and add 150gm. (approx.) of the content in a boiling pan and approx. 1100 ml 11 tea cups) of buttermilk and mix it properly for 4 serves.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes (approx.) on medium flame with occasional stirrings and serve hot.
- Store the remaining pack in a air tight container to retain freshness.
